All Grant service personnel are technically trained and able to offer telephone support from our dedicated Customer Service Helplines.
Should the need arise, service cover is provided on a national basis. Our aim is to attend site within 24 to 48 hours of notification of the problem to Grant UK’s Customer Service Department.
As a Company, we strive to provide an exceptional level of service and constantly review our products and systems to ensure this is achieved.
